Pull ups and dips only are all you need to build a strong, lean, ripped physique. They only come second to Diamond Push Ups because you can’t do them anywhere – although you can get pretty creative with finding places to do them! A pullup and dip workout I like to do is the following every other day when I need a bodyweight workout.
Pull Up and Dip Workout
- Diamond Push Ups x 5
- Pull Ups x 5
- Squats x 5
- Dips x 5
- Chin Ups x 5
- Tricep Bench Dips x 5
Keep the reps strict with perfect form and aim to complete 5 rounds with 1 min rest between each round.
